  • and so ... salt the chicken, grate with your favorite spices and leave for 10 minutes then place it in a baking bag and send it to the oven for 40-50 minutes (until cooked) when the chicken is ready, you will see the fat melted during the cooking process , so we need it. carefully pour the fat into the molds from the bag, let it cool and send it to the freezer. after a few days, remove the fat from the molds and wrap it in plastic wrap. we store in the freezer.
