Ingredients

Chicken thighs 6 pcs
leek / white part 2 pcs

soy sauce
salt
wine vinegar 1 tbsp. the spoon
allspice 1 tsp
ground black pepper
vegetable oil for frying
coca-cola 0.33 1 can

Cooking method

  • Mix the wine vinegar with salt, pepper, stir. Put the chicken in a bowl, pour with vinegar, mix and let it brew for 20 minutes.
  • Then fry the chicken in a pan (saucepan) until golden brown. Transfer to a plate. Cut the leeks into rings, crush the garlic, chop - fry all this in a pan where the chicken was fried. Fry until aroma appears. Return the chicken to the pan (saucepan), pour in the Coca-Cola and leave to simmer until the chicken is tender. Do not cover with a lid, the Coca-Cola should evaporate and the onion should caramelize. In the process of stewing, add salt, you can add chili pepper (I did not add) and be sure to pour in a little soy sauce.

I played a little naughty, of course. I had single phalanxes of chicken wings.

Marinating in wine vinegar is a must. For some reason I wanted to see what this quick marinade would do.

Then I sealed them in AF (to avoid frying in a pan).

Then I put them in a frying pan, poured Coca-Cola, soy sauce, threw in anise, crushed garlic, ginger a few rings and evaporated over a fairly intense heat

And then I again dumped them in AF, cooked for 160 minutes 20, and on the leftover "nectar" in a frying pan I made a sauce in chicken broth for rice.

I really liked these wings (although they look dry from the photo, but no! It turned out very tasty)
