Hurrah! Now I have this miracle!
He's wonderful!)): Girl_love: It became clear after the first use.
By the way, we managed to whip the milk right away. Apparently, reading 68 pages of this topic helped)
Whipping up how! And even not skimmed, but ordinary homemade cow's milk is whipped with a bang. Milk, of course, is very chilled in the freezer.
In general, many thanks to all for the advice and recommendations!

Girls boys!
Can anyone have a slightly different but similar Bodum blender?
like this
🔗
I had a lovely Domo, but I broke it .. armless
Omela
And I could not whip the cream of 33% petmol. (((
Masinen
Ksyusha, did you whip with a disc?
Omela
Disk. And she chilled both the cream and the glass (small narrow), and tilted, in general, not the first time. Once only from above it slightly grabbed, but inside it is still water. And I added sugar, so it generally floated. (Maybe some fried cream. (
Masinen
I've never whipped cream with Bamiks, but what for cream?
Maybe they let us down.
Omela
Petmol.
I beat it more than once, though I don't remember which ones. I immediately remembered how you whipped milk with Shteboy, yesterday I just watched the video. I wanted to ask how long did it take?
Masinen
OmelaKeep in mind that Ashan's milk is whipped best. and no need to freeze.

Listen, it turned out to be about a minute or something like a minute, I guess. I cut it out of the video so as not to bother people with buzzing)
Bamix also whips in time. I realized that the main thing is not to rush anywhere and not to jerk my leg back and forth, but to do everything slowly and at low speed. In Shteba, I whipped at the 2nd speed. I wanted to go first, but didn't))
Omela
I also buy Ashanovskoe for a cappuccino maker. I'll try to beat it with Bamiks.

Can you please tell me who knows: what is the difference between the deluxe 160 bamix chopper and the superbox 200 processor? Are they intended for different products or are they essentially interchangeable? Thank you.
The answer is urgently needed.

differences - The processor is equipped with a grinding disc, which helps to grind small amounts of spices, such as black peppercorns.
Cifra
Cronut, I have both. The knife is removed from the deluxe. In the processor, no. The knives themselves are the same. There is a wiping disc for the processor (I didn't have it in the kit, I bought it separately), which allows you to reduce the volume of the crushed product. Convenient for spices - they do not fly around the processor with this disc.
The deluxe shredder has more fragile plastic. But if you don't need a disc, the deluxe chopper is more convenient.
Cronut
Cifra, Irsha, Thank you so much, because yesterday in the store I almost broke my head with thoughts. I was visiting my sister, I thought I'd buy it. I stood before closing, was going to run in the morning and still buy something. But today we all slept together after yesterday's gatherings. There was no purchase.

Cifra, that's how it was in the store that there was no wiping disc. And what is the difference then is not at all clear. I don't need jugs, nozzles too, I like to use a burner. But the processor seemed so pretty and the chopper seemed so mundane. I wondered if the difference was worth the money. The benefits of no rubbing disc were not obvious.

Spices, of course, I would like. But now, I realized that if you make a paste on curry: a lot of red pepper, garlic, onions, lemongrass, ginger, then you don't need a processor with a grinding disc for this? Right? Will the chopper be enough?

Thank you.
Cifra
Cronut, a rubbing disc is needed for dry small spices in small quantities (in the amount of about a tablespoon) - pepper, cumin, coriander. No wiping disc is needed for pastes.
Cronut
While I figured it out, decided, returned to the store, "my" blender had already been bought. Two hours before my arrival. Soooo annoying.
Who is interested, MediaMarket in Butovo, st. Polyany 8, sells display cases. There are new ones, there is not a kit. But the prices are all good.
there is a superbox 200 white, TOGETHER with a slice attachment - 10 thousand
Bamiks magic - as I understood the most basic - 5 thousand, there is absolutely new, still in the package.
There are 160. silver. with glasses - 4.5 thous.
white 160 (but demo) with a chopper. 4.5 thousand, until 19 o'clock there is a manager, it seems you can still bargain.
Good luck!
And for the second day at home I regret that I did not go earlier.
Mirabel
Masinen, Masha !!! answer me! I came to you for help!
Today at the bazaar I grabbed Bamiks, the most simple one, with only one universal attachment. for only 10 euros
This is what it means to go there alone, without helpers, when no one hurries or itches and you can calmly rummage through the junk and find something very valuable and cheap.
But I'm planning to buy a hand blender for Steba. Mashun, which one is more convenient? if I had to choose. Which one would you stop at?
Buy nozzles for Bamiks or is it still full of valuable Shteba? (there is also a whisk and a potato grinder)
celfh
Mirabel, it's easier to shout through a PM)))
Mirabel
Tatyana, Thank you! go screaming there.
do you have Bamix? maybe I will torment you a little
Masinen
Mirabel, Vikul, I'm mulberry !!
Look, I don't even know what to say. Bamix is a good blender, but no whisk or potato grinder.
If you really need them, then consider Steba, if not, then buy attachments for Bamiks))

celfh, PM worked, thanks)
Mirabel
Masha! thanks for coming to the rescue so quickly!
ran through the topic on the fast. they say that a whisk is not particularly needed ... or is it not? and a potato grinder would like ... ooohhh
and most importantly, I cannot remove this multifunctional attachment, it has grown tightly ...

Vika, I have Bamiks, but torturing me is useless))) I only beat the dough for pancakes for them)))
Masinen
Vika, a potato grinder is a very necessary thing and not only for potatoes, but for cottage cheese, for example, wipe mashed potatoes, etc.)

The whisk is good to beat whites, or eggs with sugar, because Bamiks can be used, BUT problematic.

The nozzle must be gently picked up with your fingers deeper and, as it were, a wobbly pull towards yourself.
Mirabel
Tatyana, and what nozzle? I only have a multifunctional one. I want to have some fun with it for a start.
Masinen, Everything is clear, Mashenka! : rose: I will think
Belka13
Vika, in such cases I pry it with a bottle opener or other piece of iron, because my hands do not work if the nozzle is firmly put on, and sometimes even wounds reach. Now I don't risk it.
Masinen
Olga, but I am used to taking off with my fingers, and on the yashteba I take off with my fingers, although there is a key for removing the attachments)
Belka13
Maria, I also often take off with my fingers, but a month ago I managed to cut myself with a knife so hard that the wound has not yet completely healed. It is easier to use whipping attachments, and the knife is very sharp, so now I don't risk it.
Mirabel
I just can't take it off ... although my hands are pretty strong. I have not yet resorted to male power
Loksa
Mirabel, can the nozzle not be removed because food debris has stuck? Fill up with warm water - blender it, and then in cold!

The most popular nozzle, yet universal, is often in demand.
I forgot to write: You can press the center of the nozzle, as if trying to drown, lightly, maybe the central pin is stuck. Sometimes, after powder, it sticks to me. I soak it in water.
Mirabel
Admin, Tan, the nozzle is not removable, the only one universal.
It seems to me that something has rusted and grown there. It looks like a blender was lying around for a long time in some neglected storage room for about 10 years
Outwardly, he was brought to the contract, but inside
Oksana, Thank you! I'll try it in the evening.
Loksa
Vika, don't worry, take some soapy water and blend it, soak it a little, everything will work out. I had to take a photo with a universal attachment.

Pay attention to the fact that on the pin in the bowl itself, there is a tiny protrusion-pimp. And there is an L-shaped hole on the stem of the nozzle. When the nozzle is inserted onto the rod, the hole must coincide with the pimp-protrusion, then it must be slightly turned so that the pimp is in the upper part of the "letter G" then the nozzle will not fall out and will work correctly.
We remove, as a rule, slightly turn the nozzle in the reverse order, pry it from below with your fingers and pull it up - that's it!

Try wiggling the nozzle on the ledge. Take the cosmetic disc in your hands (so that it does not hurt) and move slightly in the system.
Oil can drip and keep in hot water.
Rust cannot be there, it is stainless steel metal - most likely it has stuck, especially if the device is new, it has not been used much, or something still got into the junction.

I never keep this mixer assembled, after work I immediately remove all attachments, rinse, dry and keep it separate from the base-leg

I have a question - I was impatient to take SliceSy, but the prices are now inhumane ...
I found this on CU - Unold 6500 ESGE-Zauberette:

Well, just a clone of bamix ...

And another immodest question - do you also need a hand mixer, as well as a second blender, if you have bamix and cache?
Masinen
anna_k, Anh, it looks like one to one!
And what is the price? Is it cheaper than Slicey coming out?

Needed! It depends on what needs to be prepared and how and what to whip.It needs to be watched individually for each situation
In fact, bamix has a very small capacity.

also a second blender?
I have two blenders, just a Bamix complete set and a Steba with a potato grinder and a whisk.
One does not interfere with the other.

Does it come with a blender or just this cutter?

Blender leg
Large bowl for slicing, inserting a vegetable cutter,
Small bowl, including a pepper screen
Beating glass
Whisk Knife Set
Convenient stand holder

Basically, I'm happy with the toy

With my foot with a nozzle, I successfully break boiled meat-liver-fish or berries in a bowl-saucepan, until mashed

I have a Bosch manual mixer, which is not once for every day - knead any dough with spirals, mix any minced meat, mixing attachments for biscuit, creams, pancake dough, fluff mashed potatoes after the spirals

and bamix - I have M160 Deluxe - like a blender for every day and for a large number of products - power, sharpest knives, you can work in a large saucepan (8 liter saucepan, for example, with jam to break into jam or jam, or vegetables for ketchup, caviar) with very hot contents (smashed with a blender and immediately into cans-bottles), you can also immerse the body almost half (extreme case, but by a third - easily) bamix into the broken
bamix - both good for a small amount and for a large

bamix superbox did not take, because I don't need a small slicer

Mashed potatoes through spirals, and then another whisk?

Mashed potatoes are best in taste and consistency if you wipe it with a regular crush, and then you can rub it through a sieve if you need a very fine fraction

All whisks, rubbing attachments make the puree thin, but "sticky" in consistency, since such methods of rubbing damage the potato grain, it becomes sticky.

Well, it's a matter of taste, of course, but if you try both options and compare ... then the difference will be noticeable

Yes
I've been doing this for almost 40 years

but (manual work moves away a bit with progress) mixing spirals

Bamix M200 Superbox blender and the entire Bamix family of blenders

do not break potato * grain *, in their effect they are similar to a manual potato grinder, and walking with mixing whisks at a low speed over ready-made (with milk and butter) mashed potatoes will not hurt him

every housewife has enough mind to distinguish sticky puree from normal
Mirabel
Irina, that is, in spirals, you grind the potatoes, and then finish them with whisk. So?
Masinen
With a potato grinder, you get excellent puree without paste.
It's a pity that the bamix does not have such a nozzle)

Irina, I will definitely try! I use a crush, then beat with a mixer with butter and milk.

And there on the KYU is it together with a blender or just a cutter?

Hello everyone! Thanks a lot to the participants of the topic for discussions, photos and explanations on Bamiks. In connection with the move, our family had a need to purchase a new blender. There is a bosh mum xl with a cube cutter, a shredder, a juicer, a meat grinder and something else. All this wealth takes up a lot of space. We have a family of two, I don't cook large volumes, and the Boshik is gathering dust. It was decided that he would go to his mother, and I started looking. I wanted a new hand blender, reliable, compact, with a grater / shredder. Yes, and a whisk at the beginning of the search was also mandatory ... A week later, I came across this topic. I was very confused by the price of Bamiks, the lack of a corolla. I scrolled through the topic and went on looking ... I was inclined to buy a blender from Bosch or Phillips, which are offered in a richer set and at a lower price. But something bothered me ... I returned to this topic, read it from and to ... And, barely driving the toad that was strangling me, yesterday I became the owner of this shaitan machine! To say that I am happy is to say nothing. I am running around the kitchen for the second day with puppy delight in my eyes, periodically squealing. She tortured her husband with suggestions of "something else to cook".

We bought a bamix200 in a complete set. First, of course, its milk frothing capabilities were tested. They were tormented by vague doubts, since not everyone succeeded and not everyone was happy ... As a result, the husband was fed with cocktails, who declared that he did not like them at all (he later asked him to do it with a cowberry), a cat, whom they really liked taste, and of course myself. Whips gorgeous. From the first time it went well, everything was instant, beautiful and tasty. The mill has been tested with sugar - no complaints. Slicy handled the ginger and lemon - also great. So far, only the graters are out of work. But I think they will not disappoint. The containers are small, but they wanted to be. The device itself is very nice, it is pleasant to hold in hand. A bit heavy, but it's not critical. The only wish arose - the cord would like to be longer.
