Ingredients

FOR 1 L BANK

MARINADE

vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l. to the bank
sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l. to the bank
a few sprigs of greenery optional

Cooking method

  • Cut the tomatoes into 2 or 4 pieces depending on size, onion and pepper rings, garlic slices.
  • In a clean 1 liter jar, put 1 bay leaf, herbs, black pepper, hot pepper, garlic on the bottom, calcined vegetable oil (2 tbsp. l.) and 1 tbsp. l. vinegar.
  • Marinade.Boil 1 liter of water, add salt, sugar and bring to a boil.
  • 1 liter of marinade is enough for about three 1 liter jars.
  • Place prepared tomatoes in a jar, sprinkle with onion and pepper rings. Do not tamp the tomatoes, but stack them as much as possible without voids on the shoulders of the jar. Pour the marinade over the tomatoes.
  • Sterilize 1 liter jar for 10 minutes. Wrap until cool.
  • Fast, simple and tasty. It turns out a pretty salad.
