Cooking method

A separate clarification on the account of vegetable oil .. we add it for the following purposes: Usually such pieces of meat are at least 1-1.5 cm, and they are fried for a long time. So, so that the edges of the meat do not "burn" on the fire (while the middle is "cooked"), add vegetable oil.
