Peppers stuffed with vegetables and rice in Brand 6050

Ingredients

Pepper 3 pcs
Rice 1 m. St
Eggplant 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrot Small change from the garden of things 5
Salt, pepper to taste
Tomatoes 1 PC
For gravy
Sour cream 2-3 st. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l
Tomatoes 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • I rubbed the eggplant with Burner, the onion, chopped the tomatoes and carrots with a knife (I have a rocking knife sooo convenient).
  • Salted and pepper, added rice and a little sour cream for the bunch.
  • Peppers stuffed with vegetables and rice in Brand 6050
  • Stuffed with peppers.
  • I prepared a mixture for gravy, mixed sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, smeared a couple of teaspoons on the pepper itself, added 0.5 m of water to the rest, cut 2 tomatoes into 4 pieces and everything in a bowl, put peppers in the gravy and on Porridge \ steaming for 13 minutes.

Ches word ... I don't know. But I think on the program Rice or Steaming, If you cook with pressure for 13 minutes, set it, and if without pressure, then 30-40 minutes, everything will depend on the amount.

I read recipes and write under pressure, but how is that? I don't seem to have that

Do you have a slow cooker or a pressure cooker? If a multicooker, then safely multiply the cooking time from pressure cooking recipes by 3, this is what you need at a minimum. And if a pressure cooker, then most likely the time will be similar to other models, well, you need to look at the pressure.

Well, I also made vegetable peppers. First time!!!
