Zucchini casserole with Adyghe cheese

Ingredients

Young zucchini 4 pcs (small, dairy)
Adyghe cheese 500g
Egg 4 things
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt, pepper to taste
Mayonnaise or sour cream 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grated zucchini. I chopped the cheese with a fork, you can grate it on a grater, but my cheese was soft, it rubbed very badly. We combine everything into a total mass, add eggs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, add garlic. Mix everything well.
  • Grease the pressure cooker bowl with oil and spread the whole mass. We select the Baking mode for 50 minutes, if you wish, you can turn the casserole and cook it on the Fry for 5 minutes. Or you can leave it with a pale upper crust.
  • You can add greenfinches.
