Ingredients

Yogurt 160 g
Water 150 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Flour 515 g
Yeast 1.5 tsp
Dill 15-20 gr
Fried onions DRY 20 g
Hard cheese 50-60 gr

Cooking method

  • Put yogurt, water, butter, sugar, salt, flour, yeast in a bucket for a bread machine (we do not break the sequence of water and flour)
  • We put the bucket in the bread maker, select the main baking program, medium crust, weight 1000 g. At the beginning of the kneading, we control the bun, if it has not formed in 5 minutes of kneading, add a little water, if it is very sticky, add flour. After 20-30 minutes of kneading, add finely chopped dill. Then we wait until the end of the program is 1 hour. 30 minutes. (this is the second proofing) add the diced cheese and onions, then knead with your hands directly in the bucket (you can at the same time remove the stirrer so as not to remove it from the finished bread). We do this in order to get the cheese in pieces, and not creep up all over the bread and so that the onion is not chopped into crumbs. We leave the bread for proofing and baking.
  • Yogurt can be replaced with kefir, sour cream, whey, etc., but be sure to adjust the density of the bun.
  • Successful bricks !!! The bread is divine in smell, appearance and most importantly - taste !!

Thanks a lot for the idea. I really have breads according to a different recipe, but I mixed in cheese and sausage before the last proofing. And lo and behold, for the first time in the bread, the additives were felt not only by the taste, but were also visible. Usually everything is grinded into porridge.
