Pasta with zucchini

Ingredients

Pasta 250g.
Zucchini 500g.
Green peas 150g.
Cheese 100g.
Cream 20% 200g.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water.
  • Squeeze the garlic through a press, finely chop the onion. Fry in oil until golden brown.
  • Add finely chopped zucchini. I cut with a Niser, a fine mesh. Fry for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add peas and pasta. Mix. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Add cream, cheese, salt and pepper grated on a coarse grater. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
