Hungarian goulash

Ingredients

beef stew. 700gr.
raw pork belly 200gr.
medium bulbs 2-3pcs.
butter 40g.
ground red pepper 0.5h l.
potatoes 1 kg.
tomato paste 2-3 st. l.
sour cream, herbs, salt.

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat and brisket into pieces. Chop the onion finely. Melt butter in a pressure cooker. Put the meat in it, lightly fry, then add salt and onion, add red pepper and fry a little more. Pour in some water, add tomato paste and stir. Close and simmer the meat for 18 minutes. in meat mode. Open, place the wire rack on top. Put potatoes on it, which were cut into 4 parts before that. Close and simmer for another 10 minutes on soup mode. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
