Ingredients

sour cream (18% and more) 120 g
butter (melted) 50 g
flour 470 g
milk 130 ml
salt 1 tsp
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
fresh yeast 18 g

Cooking method

  • A very similar recipe for sour cream bread is already on the site, but with baked goods in HP, I bake only in the oven, I like homemade bread from it more. Hopefully someone will like this recipe too.
  • I put all the ingredients in the bread maker. I put it on the "Dough" program by the end of the program (1.5 hours), the dough just jumped out of the bucket (it may take more time, but it's hot at home now). I formed a large loaf from the dough and left it for proofing (for 30 minutes), the preparation greatly increased in volume.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 g. Gently grease the top of the loaf with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds (do not grease, do not sprinkle). Bake for 40 minutes. It turned out to be a huge loaf with a very porous soft crumb, a little smelling of sour cream.

My oven does not work, so I bake everything that is possible in the cartoon. I use dry saf-moment yeast, put 1.5 tsp. She baked it for 50 minutes, then turned it over and another 20. The bread turned out to be very soft, airy, light, even washed from the wire rack while it was cooling.
