Ingredients

1 cream: boiled condensed milk 250 g
cream 35% 200 g
2 cream: curd cheese 300 g
cream 35% 300 g

cream for coating the cake 35% 300 g
chocolate chips and decorations
cakes impregnation: milk 100 ml
sugar 25 g
cocoa for biscuit 3-4 h l
butter for biscuit 50 g

Cooking method

  • Prepare a biscuit. Beat egg white and yolk separately with sugar. Connect carefully. Sift flour, starch and cocoa there. Mix everything carefully and add the melted cooled butter. Grease a 26 cm mold, pour out the dough and put in the oven for 20 minutes, heated to 180 gr. Remove the finished biscuit from the mold, cool and cut into 3 parts.

  • Cream 1: Whip the cream with condensed milk. If it turns out too liquid, then you can add 10 grams of gelatin dissolved in 50 grams of water.

  • Put 1 cake in a split form. Saturate. Put out the cream 1. Cover with the second cake on top and soak too. Put in the refrigerator.

  • We make a second cream. Whip the curd cheese with cream and sugar. Take out the cake and put the second cream on the cake. Cover with 3 layers of cake on top, soak and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • Now it remains to decorate. Whip the cream with sugar (you can also add cocoa or melted chocolate). Spread over the cake and decorate as desired.
