Trout in sour cream sauce

Ingredients

trout 2kg
sour cream 300gr
oil drain. 100g
a tomato 1 PC
water 1st
salt, black pepper, paprika, peppercorns, bay leaf
medium onion
tarragon (tarragon) or rosemary 2 twigs

Cooking method

  • Dilute sour cream with water, salt, pepper, add spices. pour the sauce over the trout, previously peeled and cut into pieces, add the sprigs of tarragon (this will prevent the sour cream from curdling) and leave to marinate for 0.5-1 hour. after the fish has stood in the marinade, add oil, onions, tomato chopped into rings and cook on medium heat for 20-40 minutes, voila, you're done! before serving, pour over the sauce in which the fish was cooked and sprinkle with fresh cilantro (optional)

Believe me, this is very tasty: nyam: we tried to cook the pestle in the same way, it turned out not much worse. in my opinion, this is how you can cook any lake white fish
