Chocolate-banana ice cream

Ingredients

cream 10% 250 ml
thick yogurt 250 ml
chocolate black 200 g
ripe bananas 3 pcs
milk 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Melt chocolate with milk (I did it in microwave), cool.
  • Mix bananas, cream (or milk) and yogurt separately with a blender.
  • Mix with chocolate. For 30 minutes in an ice cream maker.

Today the following recipe came from Telemedia via mailing list. I put it on immediately after work. I liked it very much. Delicate, unpleasant taste, banana taste. I really liked. Recommend.

It is with a blender and in molds in the freezer.
Yesterday we tried the leftovers frozen in a plastic tub.
No ice and crunch, no stirring.
Today we will try from molds.
I did it in Martellat animals (thanks to Natalia N!)))
It turns out 11 servings plus 120 grams left.
True, it seemed to me that it was very chocolate (dark chocolate),
so I added blended lemon without peel and bones.
I liked it more, there is no chocolate obsessive taste.
And my husband thought a lot of lemon.
The taste and color ...)))
Next time I'll try 50x50 chocolate with milk.
