Ingredients

Pork ribs 1 kg
turnip onion large 2-3 pcs
vegetable oil
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Our ribs are sold with a good layer of meat, practically not fat. I cut them into portions. Fry in a little vegetable oil until golden brown. Then I put it on a plate. I cut the onion in half rings, add vegetable oil to the pan, if necessary, and fry the onion, also until golden brown. Then I put the meat on top of the onion, salt, pepper, add water and the carcass under the lid for about 10 minutes. Remove the lid and keep it on low heat for another 10 minutes, so that the sauce boils down and becomes thick. In the process of cooking, the ribs with onions must be mixed a couple of times.
