Pork ribs in lemon-ginger glaze

Ingredients

rack of pork ribs 1-1.2 kg
for the marinade:
lemons (not large) 2 pcs
fresh ginger root 2-3 cm
garlic 2-3 cloves
black, Sichuan and pink pepper (ground) 2 h l
seasoning 0.5 h l
soy sauce 1-1.5 tbsp
honey 4 tbsp
olive oil 4 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons, grate the ginger and garlic, grind the pepper coarsely enough and mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
  • 2. Cut the ribs into portions, pour over the marinade and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 10-12 hours. Then remove from the marinade, put in a baking dish and put in an oven preheated to 200C for about 45-60 minutes. During baking, periodically pour the remaining marinade on the ribs and turn over so that they are evenly glazed.
