Cooking method

  • Filling:
  • First, put the oven at 180 ° C. Prepare a mold ø27cm, line the bottom with baking paper.
  • Combine cottage cheese with yolks, vanilla, softened butter, starch. Stir until smooth. Beat whites and sugar separately until firm peaks. Gently mix the proteins into the curd preparation.
  • Rub part of the dough into a mold with a coarse grater. Lay out the filling. Rub a smaller part of the dough on top.
  • I took a shape without a bottom (just on baking paper) in the shape of a heart.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes. Do not remove the finished cake from the oven until it has cooled completely.
