Open berry pie

Ingredients

Glasses 200 ml.
Flour 2 glasses
Sugar 1 glass
Eggs 4 things.
Margarine 200 gr.
Loosening 10 gr. (1 sachet Dr. Oetker)
Berries (cherries, frozen lingonberries) the more, the tastier

Cooking method

  • I found in my bins a recipe for another berry pie, very simple in execution, but delicious in content.
  • Melt margarine and cool to room temperature.
  • Sift flour with baking powder.
  • Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer.
  • Pour the flour mixture into the egg mixture in portions, whisking all the time.
  • Pour in margarine last and mix thoroughly.
  • Grease a baking sheet (35x40) with butter or margarine. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet. Spread frozen berries evenly over the dough. I usually take cherries at least 700-800 gr, lingonberries - 500 gr. The more, the tastier and juicier.
  • Bake at 180 aboutFrom 40-50 minutes (focus on your oven).
  • Fast (no more than 20 minutes) and very tasty pie.
  • Bon Appetit!

baked this cake today. instead of berries I put soaked dried apricots, prunes and raisins. baking powder is 2 times less ro than the recipe, maybe 1 sachet per 1 kg of flour is indicated on the sachet. as a result, the dough turned out to be very lush, porous, airy, the crust is fragile (I suppose because there are a lot of eggs, it is soft inside). I baked for 10 minutes no more on convection, I think everything would have burned out in 30-40 minutes.
I liked the dough very much, it is not sugary sweet, easy to prepare.
I will continue to use it, just change the fillings)))
