If you are going to cook, then put some meat filling inside ... It will taste better! And this very tasty yoghurt sauce goes well with dumplings.
For the walnut yoghurt sauce:
2 cloves of garlic
50 gr shelled walnuts
300 ml yoghurt 1.5%
a small bunch of parsley
a pinch of salt,
pepper
For the sauce, combine yogurt, nuts, garlic and parsley in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. You can add a little lemon juice.
