Ground coriander 0.5 teaspoon spoons
Ground cloves 0.25 tsp spoons (to taste)

Cooking method

  • Programs: 9 "Dough" and 12 "Baking".
  • I do it on the program "Dough", I watch the rise of the bun. From time to time, when I see that the dough has approached enough, having increased by 2 times, I turn off the program after 45-50 minutes of lifting, without waiting for its end. Then I turn on the "Baking" program for 1 hour 20 minutes.
