Ingredients

Smoked ham / ham 100 g
Sun-dried tomatoes 2 tbsp. l.

Dried paprika 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Put the dough.
  • When the dough is ripe, knead the dough in HP. Add seasonings and fillers at the end of the batch.
  • Let the dough rise, upset or shape (optional) and leave to proof.
  • We bake for 1 hour in HP, or 45 minutes in the oven.
  • Wrap a towel in cotton and let it cool.
