Meatloaf with spicy filling

Ingredients

Minced pork 500 g
Eggs 4 things
Grated hard cheese 3 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs 70g
Medium cheese (cut into slices) 70g
Dried sausage 150g
Tomato paste 400g
Finely chopped parsley 1 bundle
Garlic 1 clove
Flour
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Add minced meat, bread crumbs, grated cheese and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and mix well.
  • Hard boil the remaining eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Also cut the sausage.
  • Put the prepared minced meat on a sheet of parchment paper, form a rectangle 2 cm thick. In the center of the rectangle (along the long side), lay out pieces of egg, slices of medium-hard cheese) and sausage.
  • Use parchment paper to roll the minced meat into a roll. Shape it into a loaf. Sprinkle with flour.
  • Put the whole garlic in a frying pan heated with oil. Fry until golden brown. Then remove the garlic, and put the tomato paste in the pan and heat slightly.
  • Put the tomato sauce in a baking dish, carefully put the roll on top. Grease the top of the roll with tomato sauce, cover the tin with foil and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
