Ingredients

Olive oil 15 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tbsp. l.
Flour 320 g
Yeast 0.5 tsp
For filling
Ketchup or tomato sauce
Boiled chicken fillet
Canned pineapples
Cheese
Oregano

Cooking method

  • Yesterday on TV we talked about this pizza filling and immediately wanted to cook it! And in the yard 31 degrees of heat !!! I didn't even want to think about the oven. How good it is to have an assistant like a multicooker at home!
  • Knead the dough in a bread maker. This amount is enough for 3 pizzas.
  • Salt the chicken fillet, sprinkle with ground pepper and curry and in a slow cooker on the "stew" mode for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into small pieces. Drop a little vegetable oil on the bottom of the multicooker, put a layer of dough, grease with tomato sauce. Lay the pieces of meat. Then a layer of pineapple, grated cheese and sprinkle with oregano on top. Bake on baking mode for 40 minutes.
