Cooking method

  • Put softened margarine in a bucket of a bread machine, pour in yeast and sugar dissolved in warm whey, 1 egg and sourdough dough. Then add sifted flour, grated cheese (I had Madalena Brus, it is somewhat reminiscent of Maasdam) and salt.

The recipe for this sourdough was taken on the site "My bread machine", the author - diakoff2... I just fell in love with this leaven, it is so unpretentious, however, I did not get it right away, only from the second run. I think the bow was tainted because of this.
