DeLonghi 755BDM. Milk bread

Ingredients

Milk 375 ml
Vegetable oil 1 1/2 tbsp. l
Wheat flour, premium 560 g
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp. l
Active dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Preheat the milk until warm. I use the measuring container that came with my bread maker, but I think this recipe can be adapted to suit any bread machine. First, liquid products (milk, butter) are poured, then flour is poured and salt and sugar are laid out in the corners. For those who do not like too sweet bread, sugar can be put in less. The bread tastes like baked goods. I choose program 1 CLASSICO, I take the darkest crust color. I noticed one peculiarity, when I cover the bread maker on top with a towel (or preferably several), the bread turns out to be more crispy. Perhaps this is due to the large window in this model of the bread machine. That's all. Bread leaves in two days, and with my son (lover of bread) even faster. In the recipe, the amount of ingredients is calculated for 700 g, but after baking the bread turns out to be 950 g, and sometimes a little more. Thank you all for your attention!

The dish is designed for

700 gr.

Time for preparing:

3 hours 35 mins

Cooking program:

1 CLASSICO

National cuisine

Russian

Note

The bread is very soft, fluffy and delicious. And with oil it's just a miracle!

Admin

didj83, with the first bread on the forum!

Yes, this is a very good recipe. Tested in Delongy 125, Alaska, Supra and Moulinex. Always great. But in Delongy 125s I put on a weight of 1 kg, so the crust is prettier. Using good and helpful advice: 560 gr. flour + 150% = 840 g, and given that milk is used, not water - the weight of the loaf = 900 - 920 g (weighed the finished bread)
I do not cover the stove with anything. Once I covered it with a towel, it gave an error to the temperature sensor. I put a longer baking time (or more weight), everything turns out fine
Here is my milk

I tried a batch of 1 kg, it does not work. The dough rises so much that it reaches the lid and the top sticks to the window, and subsequently it is baked. The top is not very good. Therefore, I never bake 1 kg again!

As promised by the cut bread. Baked today, in goat milk. So bread smells that saliva flows. Everything went there, but for you a photo!
