Garlic and honey legs (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Chicken pieces (legs) 9 pcs. 970 gr.
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Honey 2 tsp
Ginger (freshly grated) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken legs and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, honey, chopped garlic and grated ginger in a bowl (I didn't have fresh ginger, I replaced it with pickled one), add a little salt (the amount will depend on the saltiness of the soy sauce and the sweetness of honey, from 1/4 to 1 / 2 tsp).
  • Put pieces of chicken in the marinade and let it brew for an hour in the refrigerator (it is advisable to mix 2-3 times so that the marinade covers the chicken more evenly).
  • Grease bowl of CB with oil. Turn on the "Fry - Chicken" mode for 35-40 minutes. Put the legs in a heated CB bowl with the marinade. Fry without closing the lid! During the frying process, the marinade must completely boil!
  • It is better to serve honey and garlic legs simply with a mix of fresh vegetables.

Note

If you prepare chicken wings according to this principle, they can be an excellent snack for beer.
