Ingredients

water 300 ml

Salt 2.0 tsp
Sugar 2.5 tbsp. l.
Flour 520 g
Dry yeast 1.5-1.6 tsp.
Raisins 75 g
Walnuts 40 g

Cooking method

  • Melt margarine or butter, pour it onto the stirrer blade (it will be easier to pull out the bread), add water, carefully add the sifted flour. Add salt, sugar in the corners, yeast to the center, start the bread maker: mode - basic, weight 900-1000g, medium crust. Grind walnuts into powder. Pour boiling water over the raisins. Add walnuts and raisins after beep. Pour yeast 1.5 tsp. - the bread turns out to be denser, if you want more airy - increase the yeast to 1.6 tsp. The bread turns out to be fragrant, fine-celled, with a slightly harsh crust.
