Vegetable oil (I took mustard oil)2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast1.5 tsp.
Powdered milk1 tbsp. l.
Raisins, finely cut dried apricots100 g

Cooking method


  • The size is medium, the regime is Diet (whole grain).



Note


Dried apricots in bread are visible only in splashes. But it tastes good.

On the weekend I baked such a bread in size M, my changes:
added 0.5 tsp cinnamon
I took oil just refined vegetable
in the absence of whole grain flour I took :
90% (360 g) wheat flour + 10% (40 g) bran
2 tbsp. l. 4 cereal flakes.

The bread turned out to be very tasty !! For breakfast it is ideal, instead of muesli, I put a thin layer of honey syrup on a piece of this bread and with unsweetened tea or coffee. It goes very well with the taste of honey, I even thought that honey could be added to bread instead of sugar.
