Pork ribs with sesame seeds

Ingredients

Pork ribs 500 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Frozen lecho (see comments) 300 g
Sesame 2 tbsp. l.
Ground dried pomegranate 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Salt
Ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • Fry the ribs in the "Fry-meat" program on both sides and set aside. I fried without oil in 3 passes, since all the ribs did not fit at a time.
  • Finely chop the onions and pour into a saucepan on one side. Pour sesame seeds there from the other side. That is, we fry separately from each other, but in the same container on fat melted from the ribs. When the onion is browned, mix it with sesame seeds. Lay out the prepared ribs on top. Add salt, pepper, dried pomegranate, soy sauce. Put the frozen lecho on top directly from the freezer.
  • Close the lid and cook on the Meat program for 20 minutes.

Note

It took me 10-15 minutes to fry the ribs and onions with sesame seeds. SV does an excellent job with this task, in contrast to multi, where I once fried onions until golden brown for almost 20 minutes.
The composition of my lecho: tomatoes, bell peppers, onions. You can safely replace it with fresh vegetables, including according to your taste.
If you are not lazy, sesame seeds can be fried separately in a dry frying pan, so it will brown better and become even more aromatic. The dish will only benefit from this.
Now about the program. First, I turned on the "Porridge / Cooking" for 10 minutes. The meat was cooked, but tough. I added another 10 minutes on the same program - it turned out what I needed. Perhaps the ribs will cook faster in the Meat program. I can’t say for sure, because I didn’t manage to find out the temperature and other differences between the programs.
It turned out sooo tasty ribs in a fragrant gravy. Since the experiment was a success, I decided to share my humble recipe with you.
