I am planning to buy a bread maker. I would very much like to cook jam, but I read here that it spoils the bucket. Tell me, does this apply to all models, or are there some more adapted for this? It spoils it catastrophically, or can we somehow agree?

I cook cherry and plum jam in my HP (LG Hb 156-JE), nothing happens to the bucket.

I also cooked cherry and apple preserves several times. Nothing was seen on the bucket. My stove is BBK HB1003B.

if you cooked jam or jam, then you must immediately pour over the jars, do not cool for a long time in the Xn bucket. A friend had a case, hot sugar was caramelized and the screw at the bottom got jammed, then the bucket was leaking. I had to buy a new one

I have a Panas 257, nothing spoils, all last summer I cooked regularly (we will eat and cook them (we will eat a little there, so I always made fresh): raspberry, strawberry, cherry, plum, apple - everything is in order with a bucket, and sugar nothing was scratched (I really put the berries first, and sugar on top).

I have Moulinex, all last summer I made jam, different. I immediately pour it into the jars, and fill the bucket with warm water so that the sugar does not dry out. Everything is all right with vdrom
