Ingredients

homemade sour cream 1 tbsp.
margarine 350 - 400 g
egg 1 PC.
vanilla sugar 1 pack.
salt 1/4 tsp
fresh yeast 50 g
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
icing sugar, flour on demand

Cooking method

  • I cook these yeast cookies only with homemade sour cream, which is usually needed already to put somewhere. I haven't tried it at the store, and the recipe was once given to me with the following proviso: "Only with homemade sour cream!" Maybe someone will try on another.
  • Grind yeast with 2 tbsp. l. sugar, add egg, sour cream, well softened margarine, vanilla sugar, mix well. Add flour and knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. You don't need to knead for a long time. I will not say the exact amount of flour, I never measured it. The main thing is to make a soft dough, a little sticky, not to clog it with flour.
  • Leave the dough in a warm place for at least 40 minutes (more is possible).
  • Preheat the oven well.
  • Dust the table a little with flour. Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick and cut out circles with a small glass. Make a hole in the center. A friend of mine makes them with a plastic champagne stopper. I made a suitable watering can.
  • Put on a sheet covered with parchment and bake until lightly browned at a temperature of 160 * -170 *. Bublichki Pts. fit well, probably 3 times rise.
  • Immediately sprinkle the hot biscuits with icing sugar, so the icing will stick better.
  • Bubbles are being prepared very quickly. It turns out baguettes melting in the mouth with a creamy taste.

I sprinkle the powder abundantly and necessarily hot cookies, then the powder hardly crumbles.

To be honest, the bagels are delicious and without powder. I even got the idea to make them with cheese, for example.
