Ingredients

Rice spirals 300gr
Frozen Pepper Mix 100-159 = 0gr
carrot 1 PC
onion 1-2 pcs
vegetable oil
tomato juice or vegetable 2-3 spoons

Cooking method

  • Of all the types of rice noodles, for some reason my boys only liked the spirals. During the fast, you want to pamper the kids with their favorite foods.
  • And in combination with a mixture of peppers and green string beans, you get a very tasty dish.
  • Boil the dew spirals in salted water.
  • Fry finely chopped onion in a preheated pan in oil, add the grated carrots after 5 minutes and fry, stirring for another 5-7 minutes. Add paprikash or any other pepper mixture. When the pepper is fried, but does not lose its hardness, pour the cooked and washed spirals into the pan. Add 2-3 tablespoons of juice and I add 2 drops of Tabasco hot sauce. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. You can serve it as a separate dish, or you can serve cauliflower or broccoli, Korean carrots, asparagus with it.
