Misha, so I tried it, though there won't be a photo, the vidocq didn't work out very well for my cupcake. Yours is so plump, and mine is kind of a bit cheeky. Maybe the cottage cheese was not entirely fresh (I took a pack of 250 grams). The dough was very thick, instead of butter, margarine was 80 grams, instead of 100, everything else was observed. But the taste is delicious, I would only have more sugar !!!!
Thank you!!!!
And I would also like criticism and clarifications, maybe there are some individual moments in order to achieve such beauty as yours!
Misha
Well, what can I advise in absentia? Only guesses ... Maybe the reason is that the eggs were small in size, + those 20 grams of butter that you did not report. And how flour was measured on a scale, or by eye. Maybe the cottage cheese is too dry ... Try it again. I'm sure it should work out. And sugar, of course, is a matter of taste, feel free to add more if you like sweet.

The eggs are normal, not very big and not small, maybe because of the oil. But I forgot to ask, what consistency did you have? To know what to focus on! And what kind of cottage cheese did you take, I can feel small pieces of cottage cheese in the finished product, maybe you need to take the curd mass thinner?
Misha
No, curd should not be runny. But not dry either. I buy cottage cheese for baking at the market, homemade. And the dough should turn out like thick sour cream. If you get really cool - do not add all the flour at once, but gradually.

Misha, thanks !! By this principle, I bake a zebra, without cottage cheese, and so then my mixture of flowers turns out beautifully in a cupcake, but here it is not at all, I pushed the two-leaf strips with my hands on a baking sheet. By the way, I forgot to say, I measured flour on an electronic scale.
Misha
For a cupcake, the dough will be denser, then do this - with a spoon, spread the dough in turn dark and light, as in a zebra, it is not forbidden to connect fantasy

Misha or someone help !!!
I baked this cake, everything came out great until it cooled down: after taking it out of the oven, the cake fell to its original state. Although it rose sooo well in the oven, it was so handsome, fluffy

I did not deviate from the recipe. What is wrong and how to fix IT?
Can turn off the oven and leave it there to cool, but will it dry out?
........................ ...................

It is a pity that no one has answered my call for help. I made the cupcake again, now in small tins, cooled it in the turned off oven - it fell to the ground, well, at least cry ...

True, when they ate pieces that were hard to chew, you probably need to grind the curd well?
Zhivchik

Rusya, most likely your cottage cheese was thin and, accordingly, the dough was thin. And if the cottage cheese is store-bought, then nothing good will come of it at all.

No, the cottage cheese was not liquid and bazaar, I made thick dough.
Only now it dawned on me: the cottage cheese was defrosted from the freezer both times - it is likely that this played a role

Thank you, Zhivchik You gave me an idea

And here is my creation. We only divided the dough by eye and the chocolate dough turned out to be much smaller. And between the layers there was a layer of poppy. In the middle, it was prettier and the layers could be seen more clearly, but I didn't have time to take a picture (they ate). Very tasty!

Technologist, and this cupcake is also beautiful and delicious!
You probably had a cupcake day, as happens, for example, a kefir day.

Zhivchik these were different days, just laid out right away. I have a small child, it is not always possible to sit at the computer.

Appetizing recipe.
And if you do it in a bread maker, how much should you bake?
technologist
I think about an hour. But you can check after 40 minutes with a splinter.
