Chocolate terrine or no-bake quick dessert

Ingredients

butter 125 gr.
dark chocolate 52% 300 gr.
corn syrup (can be substituted for honey or maple syrup) 3 tbsp. l.
biscuit cookies (petit berry or any of your favorites)) 200 gr.
ini marshmallow (or cut into 2x2 large pieces) 100 g
cognac or brandy (optional) 2 tbsp. l.
for glaze:
cream (fat content does not matter) 50 gr.
dark chocolate 100 g
Cover the 10x20x7 form with cling film so that the ends hang down.

Cooking method

  • A simple, but no less delicious dessert from the series - there is no desire to turn on the oven, there is no oven, you need to simply and quickly, etc.
  • 300 gr. melt chocolate and butter in a steam bath or a MB, add syrup, cognac and mix well until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Break the cookies into small pieces and mix with the marshmallows, add the chocolate mass and mix well.
  • Place in a mold and level, tamp down slightly (without zeal!)
  • Place in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
  • Free the frozen terrine from the form.
  • Heat the cream and melt the chocolate in them, cool.
  • Using a spatula, apply a thin layer of chocolate, trying to "plaster" the irregularities and grooves, let it harden and apply the remaining chocolate, place in the refrigerator and let it harden.
  • Serve with ice cream in summer.
