I was looking for a recipe for nuts today and got here.
It turned out that I even registered here earlier.
I could not help but insert my five cents.
I used to cook in a folding mold on gas. Without the uneven edges, the nuts didn’t work. I had to apply quickly with a teaspoon into an extremely hot mold and the portions floated a little.
Therefore, in the break between the bookmarks (for one bookmark, frying with two turns for about 60/35/15 seconds per side, it seems), until the baked halves dried up, level them with a sharp knife on a wooden board.
Then the even halves are in a plastic bowl under a towel - so that they do not dry out completely.
After all the baking, I instantly dried scraps with a wooden crush in a saucepan, mixed with boiled condensed milk and spread in halves.
I always cooked condensed milk myself in a saucepan with water for 4-5 hours, since the finished boiled milk is made from milk fat substitute (read the composition on the cans in the store) and the price tag is one and a half to two times cheaper than normal guest condensed milk.
