You're welcome!!! Yes, my mother used to bake in this form - it is suitable for both gas and electric ovens, but only with ordinary burners, and not with ceramic ones. And I have an electric Teflon one - I baked in it.

Thanks a lot for the recipe! I remember how I cooked them in tins, in the oven of a gas stove. Only I added a little sour cream or mayonnaise to the dough.

Yes, I had a recipe with sour cream somewhere, but the nuts are soft, but according to this recipe, they are crispy. Mine just like these more.
Feofania
I remember. that I cooked condensed milk myself, for about 2 hours, probably.
Any_M
It is cooked on a regular stove for 2-3 hours. And I honestly admit it was too lazy to cook, we sell delicious dumplings, my husband always buys it, so I did it with it. And I added a quarter of walnuts.

You are always welcome - I am very glad that my recipe is useful not only for me. Yes, you can't compare yours with the store ones !!! And I like the oven even in the electric one - it's quick and tasty !!!

Thanks a lot for the recipe. Very comfortable with rolling balls. I tried other dough, but spreading with spoons in shape is not for me. Dashed off koloboks and forward. So far I have tried it in a simple iron, it will be necessary in an electric one too. I kind of abandoned the electric one, after I was worn out with laying out the dough, and the nuts there are rather small. And now I just can't stop, I bake and bake everything.

Use it for health, I'm very glad that you liked the recipe! Yes, in an electric form, the nuts are really small, but they are baked so quickly, while you roll the balls to the next portion, the previous one is already baked. And they also turn out to be thinner and crisper, like waffles ...

First I roll all the dough, otherwise you will be tortured to wipe your hands every time. Then when the balls lie on baking paper, the butter spreads. So I'm thinking about whether to subtract it.

glykoza How many balls do you have?

What a beauty!!! How many balls have you rolled? I always skate gradually, not all at once, so my oil does not leak. And with you they are still lying next to the stove, they are probably hot, so they swam. It may be possible to reduce the amount of oil, but it seems to me that if you do it in the usual form, then they will stick.

glykoza How many balls do you have?
There are approximately 250 pieces on a tray. And how long did the baking take then? !!!
Heroic feat!
How much dough is it made from?
nut
Girls, how do you get such smooth edges? I just now baked nuts in a hazel-nut, there are so many of them, but they are not so colorful and even turned out.Maybe it is necessary, while hot, to cut the edges with a knife

I somehow nagged about the same balls of dough to roll, which fit in size and when baking the edges do not come out ... and those that happen are uneven, I cut it with a knife ...

Hello everybody.

Balls 223 and they are made from two portions of dough.

I rode for about an hour, but then baked very quickly.

There is little waste if you calculate the weight or size of the balls. I tore off the dough piece by piece, put it on the scales and then on the paper. When about 20 pieces were accumulated, I rolled balls, and so on.

Baked for about 45 minutes.

It seems to me that it is better to break off the excess in cold cookies.

I will not reduce the oil, it does not bother me :)

I hope my ideas will help everyone :)

Yesterday I experimented with an electric hazelnut. Yuzala in full.

Any_M your recipe is incomparable - fits any cookie and any "equipment".

Well, in order not to unpack the hazelnut in vain, I tried a new recipe for Viennese waffles Nuts - the taste of childhood !!!
matroskin_kot
I also made these nuts. Just. In the new hazelnut-Brand. Two portions. Nuts are small, of course, 4 grams, maybe a little more - up to 5 grams of dough - per cell. You put more, it crawls out of the edges, less, it comes out too small. I got used to squeezing out and pinching off with a silicone pastry bag without a nozzle ... well, the thermostat is good. At power, just above the average heat, you have time to put the dough in the hazelnut, put the blank on the plate, and, well, start the cooled batch of the previous one ...
How many pieces it turned out, I don't know ... Mnogaaaa And delicious !!!

Girls, can you bake the shells in advance? We will treat the guests on Monday, and I think to bake today or tomorrow.
AlenaT
I always store for future use.
Only my nuts are separate, and not in a solid form.
And nothing is done to them, I put them in a plastic bag.
argo
girls .. and from my mother I have preserved aluminum molds for nuts ... but how to bake nuts in them .. do you happen to know?
AlenaT
Do you have individual nuts or on a solid platform?
I have separate ones.
A piece of small dough inside, knead with your fingers to a thin layer,
then you cut off the excess dough with a knife on the edge of the mold.
The thickness of the dough is regulated by you personally)))
I like to have more filling, so I make the shells thinner.
AlenaT
And you just put the shells on a baking sheet and in the oven)))
argo
Alyona! thanks! .. otherwise I could not understand in any way .. how they should be empty inside!
Aina
Anya, good recipe, thanks, the main thing is not very greasy, as for shortcrust pastry. I found my mother’s old aluminum mold with a handle, didn’t hold on and did it. By the way, out of half the portion I got exactly 45 pieces, it even became funny
These are, while semi-finished:

Caprice .. Take a look at the topic of Israel! Hi there!
Grypana
I always add half a glass of mayonnaise to such a recipe, and measure almost 4 cups of flour (I look at the consistency).

Natasha .. you put your recipe please ..
Grypana
Why share? He, this recipe, is the same. Only from my childhood, he also came with mayonnaise
The same recipe:
2 eggs,
sugar is not a full glass, a little more than half a glass
butter can be drained, or margarine (melted),
instead of soda I take a ripper or quench soda with lemon,
flour I have written up to 4 glasses, again I look at the consistency of the dough
+ half a glass of mayonnaise. - this is the only thing that I add not from this recipe.

Everything is kneaded by the mixer, then I roll the balls and bake in a mold on gas.

And I didn't roll the balls, 1/2 tsp. in shape, with a finger leveled with a masyava in four hands, pressed and on the gas. Then, when the hazelnuts were already hot, they didn't even level. There soda in the recipe, so they "grow up" a little and fill the mold

And they gave me a "family" uniform with squirrels and nuts. And I have a glass ceramic electric stove I'd like to bake them, but I don't know how. I wonder if anyone knows if there is an adapter for all kinds of dishes, molds for glass ceramics

Thanks for the recipe! Today I cooked nuts for the first time - everything worked out!
The recipe is definitely bookmarked))

A good combination of ingredients in the recipe - crunchy nuts are obtained, shells are not very sweet and the oil does not flow.
I got used to rolling balls of 4 grams, and therefore there was almost no dough that had crawled out from the shells.
I dipped the slices of ready-made nuts in nut-baked crumbs so that they would not stick and smear.
Condensed milk let down a little: even after cooking it turned out to be watery.

We are happy with the result! The husband is in great joy, speaks as from childhood. And I just don't remember - my mother never baked nuts. But it tastes good to me too.
Thanks for the recipe!

Tricia, Anastasiawhat wonderful nuts! Calibrated straight! Please tell me, did you bake in an electric hazelnut?
Tricia
Sveta, yes, electric. Thanks for the praise!
Little Smile (or something like that) with little nuts. At slabs, the shells are larger and deeper, and sometimes the walls of the shells are thicker. Here, the rattling, rustling dry shells were in the bag while they were waiting for filling! What I needed
