Pumpkin baguette

Ingredients

yeast 2 tsp
wheat flour 600 BC
salt 2 tsp
honey 1 tbsp. l.
mustard oil 2 tbsp. l.
steamed pumpkin + milk 200 g. + 250 ml
dried pumpkin seeds handful

Cooking method

  • Steamed the pumpkin in a double boiler, cooled it, beat it in a grinder, adding milk.
  • Then I sent everything to the bread maker for kneading. Basic mode, dough (2h 20min.)
  • The dough was divided into 2 parts, rolled out each and, sprinkled with water, rolled into rolls.
  • I put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, let it stand for 15 minutes, sprinkled with water and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Then I sent it to a heated oven at a temperature of 150 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • It's good that I managed to take a picture - the children swallowed in a moment!
