Ingredients

Flour 500g
Milk 125ml
Water 200ml
Eggs 1 PC
Salt 0.5h l.
Sugar 1 st. l.
Vegetable oil 3-4 st. l.
Yeast saf moment 1 sachet
Sausages

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough. Divide the finished dough into equal parts. Roll each part into a spiral and wrap a sausage. Put the finished products on a baking sheet, grease with yolk and put in preheated to 200 gr. oven. Bake until golden brown.

The dough is very tasty and soft. I put 2 tsp. dry yeast (I don't know how much is in a bag) and flour had to be added a little during the kneading process. The result is great !!! Thank you very much for the recipe! The dough was kneaded in HP on the "dough" mode.

I ran back and forth, the dough is ready, I need to bake. I pulled out not the dough, but a terribly sticky porridge ... I mixed in a little flour, but again there was no time, because.everyone wanted to eat ... Everything was sticky, I generally keep quiet about the appearance of the rolls - I barely stuck it. The proportions are not correct in the recipe! She was upset, because the children were really looking forward to, but dinner did not work, plus she translated a bunch of food in vain.
