Pork kebabs with smoked brisket

Ingredients

Pork neck 700g
smoked brisket or bacon 200g
onion 2 pcs.
garlic 5 teeth
salt pepper taste
adjika 0.5 cups
vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
boiled water 0.5 liter

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into medium pieces. Dice the onion, chop the garlic.
  • Dilute 1.5 tbsp in 0.5 liters of water. l. salt, add 2 tbsp. l. vinegar, pepper.
  • Pour the marinade over the meat for 2 hours. Then drain the liquid and add adjika, mix and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Pieces of meat, alternating with pieces of brisket, string on skewers. Soak wooden skewers in water.
  • Heat the oven to 200g. Put the skewers with meat on the wire rack. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve garnished with lettuce, bell peppers and herbs.
