Ingredients

chilled chicken breast 1 pc (700gr)
Soy sauce 4-5 st. l.
Potato starch 100gr
Seasoning for chicken taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) depending on the size of the pan

Cooking method

  • We cut the chicken breast: remove the skin and give it to pets. To cut in half. And then halve the half lengthwise and cut into strips. Cut the strips into 1 * 1 cm cubes.

  • We put in a bowl and season well with soy sauce and chicken seasoning, but our pieces should not float in the sauce!

  • Leave to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Pour the starch into a separate bowl and coat the chicken breast slices well in the starch.

  • Put a cast-iron pan (or with a thick bottom) on the fire, pour the vegetable oil about 1 cm. Preheat. Dip the mini-skewers and fry until golden brown on both sides.

This recipe passed to me 10 years ago from my girlfriend, and her son brought this recipe from Moscow. I used to cook often. And then I somehow forgot. Recently I got into my notes and found. I decided to cook. The breast is like deep-fried, but juicy and soft inside. I do not fry the whole portion at once - only for a meal. The rest is under plastic wrap and in the refrigerator. The longer it costs, the juicier it turns out. By the way, I didn't salt at all! There is salt in soy sauce and seasoning.
