Milk 300 g
Salt 2 tsp
Butter 100 g
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Raw sugar 50 g
Eggs 4 things.
Wheat flour 700 g
Fast acting dry yeast 1 tsp
Fresh raspberries 80 g

Cooking method

  • I put the ingredients in a container according to the recommendations for my bread maker. I laid out in this order: milk, eggs, raspberries (I used frozen without prior defrosting), sugar and salt. Then I added flour and dry yeast. I put the container in the bread maker. I chose program 5 ("French roll"), bread weight 1500g and light crust color. Clicked on "Start". After the beep, I added butter and brown cane sugar (instead of raw sugar). Here's what happened.

Note

The pulp is dense, sweetish taste with a raspberry aroma. To be honest, I haven't figured out my feelings yet, I don't know if I want to bake it again.
