From prepared (sift! through a fine sieve) in advance with powdered sugar with a teaspoon, dose the powder into the coffee solution, stirring intensively.
REGULATE the consistency (density) of the glaze by yourself to your opinion and taste.
I am satisfied with the sight of sour cream flowing down from a teaspoon !!! It's so easy to work with!
Apply on top of the cake while still warm. We give time for the glaze to cool.
