Egg muffins

Ingredients

Eggs 8 pcs.
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Potatoes (diced) 1/2 cup
Boiled sausage (diced) 1/2 cup
Tomato (diced) 1/2 cup
Cheese (finely grated) 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  • Grease the muffin mold well with oil.
  • Boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  • Boiled sausage and tomatoes are also diced.
  • Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  • We break all the eggs.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Pour milk.
  • Stir the mixture until it becomes foamy.
  • Pour the mixture into molds.
  • Then add sausage, tomatoes, boiled potatoes and sprinkle with cheese on top.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are cooked.

The dish is designed for

12 pcs.

Time for preparing:

12-15 minutes.
