Quince 2.5 pcs
Sugar 250-300 g

Cooking method

  • I had 2 quinces, I wanted to boil them, turning them into jam-jam, but not very sweet.
  • I cut the quince into pieces, covered it with sugar and on the Stew mode, then smoothly turned into Heating and stood on the heating all night.

Note

Delicious meat turned out. You can, of course, blender it will be a homogeneous consistency, but I wanted it in pieces, well, I really like it.
