Bread with hazelnuts and dried fruits in a bread maker

Ingredients

For 1 medium loaf:
Water 280 ml (1 1/4 cups)
Lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp
Bread wheat flour 350 g (3 cups)
Brown bread flour 100 g (1 cup)
(You can replace 50 grams of peeled rye and 50 grams of bran)
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
put into dispenser-oven Panasonic-253:
Hazelnuts, chopped, peeled, toasted and finely chopped 40 g (1/3 cup)
Dried fruits, prunes and dried apricots, cut into pieces 40 g (1/3 cup)

Cooking method

  • First put yeast, then flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, melted butter, then lemon juice, and last of all water.
  • Bake the main loaf with raisins according to the program, loaf size L. light crust.

The recipe was imported, and maybe they have brown flour. I replaced once 100 grams of rye bread with a creamy shade. Or you can take 50 grams of rye flour, 50 grams of bran. It will be looser and healthier.
