Bread with nuts, dried fruits and honey from 2 grade flour in a bread machine

Ingredients

Dry yeast 1 tsp
Flour of 2 grades 300 g
Flour of the highest grade 100 g
Salt 1 2/3 tsp
Honey 1 2/3 tsp
Powdered milk 1 2/3 tsp
Butter 1 2/3 tsp (25 g)
Chopped dried fruits (in a dispenser or on a signal) 15 g
Chopped nut and seed mixture (into a dispenser or by signal) 45 g
Water 260 g

Cooking method

  • This is a variant of Bread with Honey and Nuts from the Panasonic recipe book.
  • We do not really like sweet bread, but we do like a little sweetish bread with nuts, so we had to experiment. This one is just right.
  • Dried fruits - there were only apples, but I think if you add dry pears, the bread will be even more aromatic. I take a variety of nuts that are at home - walnuts, almonds, cashews - a little of each type, plus pumpkin and sunflower seeds (total dried fruit-nut mixture should be 60-65 grams). And flour of the second grade gives the bread an extraordinary taste.
  • The recipe has been tested three times. But next time I will still replace all the flour with second-grade flour (I was afraid that it would rise poorly due to the large number of nuts)
  • Bon Appetit!

I made a similar bread. Very tasty, but ... for some reason the dried fruits are not mixed at all. So they remained on top of the bread, spoiling its shape and then simply had to shake them off. Nobody knows why this is happening?

I had it once on Panas too. On the "Plain white raisin bread" mode, program No. 3, the dispenser worked, but the raisins and nuts did not mix and baked, or rather burned out on top of the bread.

Thank you! So, apparently, it happens.
