I baked egg bread according to the recipe from the instructions for SD-256. Only I didn't have milk powder, so I poured some water, broke 2 eggs into it and refilled the whole thing with milk to a volume of 260 ml. 260 ml is the amount of water that is added to 400 g of flour almost everywhere in the instructions.
When kneading the gingerbread man, I did not correct it, but I looked and saw that it was, rather, a comma, not a gingerbread man. And I didn’t rise much on proofers, but the result was exactly the same loaf as in the title photo of this topic.
And this is delicious bread. If someone has not tried to bake an egg, then I recommend that you definitely try it.
And now I will try to bake an egg with garlic, cheese and herbs.
