Cutlets in a grid

Ingredients

minced pork 500g
onion 2 pcs
champignons (fresh or frozen) 200g
egg 1 PC
garlic 2 slices
mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste
puff yeast-free dough 1 plate
yolks for lubricating dough 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Dice the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry too. Add half the fried onion to the minced meat, add grated garlic, mayonnaise, egg, salt and pepper there. Mix the minced meat well.
  • Form cutlets from minced meat and fry on both sides.
  • Combine the fried mushrooms with the remaining onions.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into squares. On each square, make cuts in the form of a checkerboard with the tip of a knife.
  • Place a teaspoon of mushrooms and onions on each cutlet and cover with a square of dough. Stretch the dough a little and join the edges under the cutlet. Brush with whipped yolk and bake in an oven preheated to 180 grams, for 20 minutes.
