Homemade sausage in a multicooker (Dex 60)

Ingredients

Pork neck meat 1 kg
Meter guts 2 pcs.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 1 head
Salt, ground pepper,
cardamom, nutmeg, coriander
taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into small pieces (about 1 cm each). Add garlic pressed through a garlic press, soy sauce, salt and all other spices. Let the meat stand and feed on all these spices for at least an hour. Stuff the guts (I updated my Zelmer electric meat grinder with a sausage attachment). Chop the sausages with a toothpick and put in a slow cooker for 1 hour on "Stew". Then on the "frying" mode until the liquid evaporated - it took me 5 minutes. Then I changed the sausages so that the top one would also be fried - this is another couple of minutes. Delicious very soft and juicy homemade sausages are ready!
