Oh, girls, if anyone dares to cut the boiled meat, please write.
What dish do you cut boiled meat into cubes?
Pupstt
And I make Olivier with boiled meat. Since we could cut everything in one fell swoop, it would be good for the meat to be the same cubes ...

I understand that there is no fine grater? Well, to grate the carrots, as on a regular grater, very finely. Maybe you can buy
this grater separately? Maybe someone knows if some similar Philips blender model has such a grater in the kit?
olaola1
The size of a piece of grated carrot is about 2 - 2.5 mm wide, 1 mm thick, length = carrot diameter. Unfortunately, I saw your post late, I threw the carrots into the frying, so there is no photo.
donna
Olaola1 thanks for the answer. In the subject there was a photo of carrots, I saw. But I would like a smaller one, so that it would be well, like on the smallest grater.
Melanyushka
donna, as far as I know, no blender or food processor chops carrots so finely, you can try not to press the carrot with a pusher, let it chop under its own weight - then the stripes are smoother.

Anechka031, the grater is very good, you will definitely rub it on the pancakes, even if you have very large potatoes, because you can cut them in half. And even more so it will suit you, even at the birth of a baby, the blender will be a good help to you.

Good day! Can you please tell me if the lack of a whisk can be compensated for with a foot, or is all the whisk necessary? is the size of the grated potato suitable for potato pancakes, or is it large? tough dough, for example, can you knead for dumplings or not? Can you knead the dough in a large bowl only? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Koshatnitsa, thank you)) And how much is the large and small bowl? I have never owned a blender, I have no idea how to use it! As far as I understand from the Internet, a large bowl is 1.5 liters, and a small one (the one in which there are graters, as I understand it) is 1 liter, right? In a large bowl, you can cut into cubes, chop and beat, and in a small one, GRIND, chop, beat and chop ?? Do I understand correctly?))))))) By the way, about potatoes for cubes. As far as I understand, the Philips cube attachment is similar to the Boshev one. In this case, before cutting, the boiled potatoes must be thoroughly cooled (in the refrigerator, and if there is a zero chamber, then in it) so that it becomes firm. Then the potatoes will be cut into even cubes.

Here, one of the girls gave advice on cutting vegetables raw into vinaigrette and then steaming them. I liked it, it turns out tastier than with boiled vegetables. Put only vegetables in a double boiler at intervals of 5 minutes. First beets, then carrots, then potatoes. It turns out. True, it takes a little more time than to plan everything at once.

Anya, sorry for not answering right away, a small chopper, if I'm not mistaken, about 0.5 liters. A cocktail in a glass, and the girls have already answered the question about the large bowl.

As an option, it has the right to life, but it is applicable only if you need a little salad / vinaigrette. And if a large crowd? The cartoon steamer is very small, it won't fit much. Unless there is a full-fledged steamer. And another option is to steam whole vegetables, and then cut them like ordinary boiled ones. Someone tastes steamed vegetables, I personally did not notice the difference. Everyone is looking for what is better, more convenient and tastier for him.

I ended up with a total of one and a half liter saucepan of vinaigrette, other ingredients are also added there, and the multi steamer was not completely filled. : girl_romashka: I tried to bake vegetables in a slow cooker. The time is about 1.5 hours. And steaming whole vegetables is also long. The savings in energy and time are significant precisely when steaming chopped vegetables. But this is exclusively my opinion, everyone does as he likes.

They probably wanted to make some easy money before the holidays
I ordered it elsewhere. They promised to bring it after four days of the holiday for $ 180. We are waiting

Hello, not everything. For example, I bought my wife one for the new year, as it is made in Poland, it is written on the blender itself, from the end of the part that is inserted into the attachments. There is also the model and serial number indicated.
The dice attachment is so good that I myself (which has never been) all the time, with pleasure make olivier, vinaigrette, okroshka.
Regarding the whisk, I wrote to the Philips representative office in Russia, and received the following answer:

Ordering from a service center is not a cheap pleasure. I ordered a nozzle for a mini-glass, it cost 700 rubles. not counting the cost of the road (I had to go to another city), because not every city has a SC.
Melanyushka
I, too, took care of purchasing a whisk, the service center said that only on order, the cost is about 600 rubles, it will be about a month in time. Now I think, is it really necessary if I also have a mixer and a Bosch combine with planetary motion? Lena-Koshatnitsa, you seem to have written that you have a Phillips 1372 model, the set includes a rim, what do you think is a necessary thing, is it worth buying? Can you whip the whites into a foam, or a mixer with frames will make it faster, and a whisk mainly for cocktails? By the way, in our M-video (in the Shopping Center) I saw a complete set of this blender with a whisk, although the retail price there is 6990.0 rubles. I wonder if they themselves showed such an initiative and put a whisk into the boxes?
julifera
In my opinion, a single whisk blender versus a normal two-whisk mixer is a punishment.
In addition, on the mixer, you do not need to press the button all the time when you beat.
I have these whisks from blenders lying around, all ownerless ...
Melanyushka
julifera, thanks for such a quick response! I've also turned it over in my hands, it's kind of flimsy in comparison with the Mixer two-whisk, I also thought that it would probably take a long time to beat the same eggs to the desired consistency. And you can easily beat cocktails with a submersible mixer!

Melanyushka, don’t spend money on buying this corolla, all f ... nya, I have it lying around unclaimed, I do everything with an ordinary mixer, well, or if I’m too lazy to stand, then Boshik 4756 is working.

You will laugh, but on Monday they called from another Internet store and said that the warehouse was updated and they were out of stock. But there is a blender on their website, but at a more expensive price. I ordered it in Photos. I'm waiting. The third time MUST fire.
julifera! Congratulations! And I'm a little jealous ... Don't forget to wash it well!

What did they take, if not secret?
julifera
As donors confessed to me - they took it at TechnoTochka for 1500 UAH - 🔗
I understand it was the last one there, because it disappeared on the site, it will probably appear more expensive later, it was the same with Philips air fryers, while people were getting a taste for the prices were digestible, how everyone recognized what kind of thing it was - an instant takeoff in all places sales.
kolenko
julifera! In Photos, too, the price is 1553 UAH. A week ago, the min price was 1409g. Growing ...
kolenko
She took Filipka the cube maker! At the previously announced price. Photos kept his word!
First impressions and not great comparisons (there is a Philips blender HR 1372 and Bosch Cubix)
I was pleased with the presence of a separate box, where it is convenient to store "spare parts" if there is no place for stationary storage.
The engine is simply awesome to buckle in, unlike the 1372. There, joining requires some effort to press two "buttons". Here - with a slight movement of the left thumb.
Here the "leg" seems to me more comfortable, the "foot" is deeper. The "lazy" mayonnaise is whipped right away. Easier to wash. In HR 1372 I have a special tool for washing knives. brush. In HR 1659/90, a dish sponge is sufficient.
Next, the most delicious! The first disconnection of the cutter was a little strained. Snapped with sufficient effort. Then I found a comfortable hand position, worked it out until it was easily disconnected. Grid. Unlike Bosch, it is not removable here, but in vain! To pressurize the product, you need to remove the knife. Yes, and it is more convenient to wash the Bosch mesh.
Dice quality -. I crumbled raw vegetables into a vinaigrette. Cope with potatoes, pickles, and onions!
Power HR 1659 / 90-600W, HR 1372 - 700W, Bosch Cubix - 800W. And you can feel it. When cutting beets into cubes, HR 1659/90 was somewhat "thoughtful", but I did it!
I was somewhat surprised by the design of the disc attachment - only on the axle. If you rub, for example, not one carrot, but several thin ones, then the extreme (closer to the outer edge) carrot is not completely rubbed. Pieces of not rubbed fly into the bowl. But there are few of them and this is not critical. You can get used to it.

I haven't tested a small knife and a stirrer today.

Verdict - Blender Philips HR 1659/90 moves to mom, to the dearest person
Alexander83

julifera
I wanted to congratulate, but also did not understand - is Boshik better and more convenient?
And it is also very interesting - do they have the same squares?

Phillips are large for me, but for the sake of making a salad in 1 minute, we agree to switch to these large pieces of cucumbers and apples in Olivier (I usually crumble them (crumbling!) Twice as small as potatoes)
julifera
By the way, I forgot to write - today I was in Technopolis - a promotion for it from March 16 to 18 - minus 20% - for cardholders.
So you can buy it alive for about UAH 1600.

It turns out that the Bosch cube suits more?
Bosch cube and Phillips cube, in my opinion, is not entirely correct to compare. Apart from the cube cutter, Bosch has so many bells and whistles that Bosch is still a kitchen. harvester. Phillips is a "weighted" blender. With the function of cubes, Philips copes well. As for the size of the cubes, I have something with my eyes. I attached the Bosch mesh to Phillips, the overall dimensions coincided, but the row of blades was somehow not very good. I will try to take a picture, describe the difference longer.
And I gave it to my mother not because it cuts worse. It's just that I have both Bosch and Phillips' leg, and my mother did not have either one or the other.
In general, electrified cubes rule. It's just happiness - in a matter of minutes to get a bowl of chopped salads, vegetables, fruits !!!!

Hello!!!! I'm reading this topic and bosh cuts into cubes. Well, I just can not stop at something.there are many different nozzles in bosch, but almost all of them have breakdowns and defects in the blender and whisk. And the phillips seems to be normal, but there are no additional attachments - graters, but there is a mill and the leg itself. I just have no harvester, no legs, and after reading your site, I almost persuaded me. Before that, after reading, I bought a cartoon, a yogurt maker and a bread machine. Help!!!! Maybe all the same in Ukraine you can find additional nozzles and graters.
